NewHome Warranty Management. By providing a professional warranty management
                        service, your builder has made an after closing service commitment to you.
                      This comprehensive service includes;

  Prior to closing, NewHome's professional representatives will perform a Pre-Closing Orientation
with you, explaining the functions and operations of many of the components of your new home.
  Walkthroughs are available at 2 months and 11 months after closing to address warrantable issues.
After each of your Warranty Walkthroughs, we will meet with your Builder to discuss any of the
warrantable items to be addressed. We will then coordinate with you to schedule a workday of
your choice.
  During the life of your warranty our knowledgeable staff is never more than a phone call away.
We are always prepared to take your call and respond promptly with advice and information.
  If an emergency in your home occurs, NewHome is there to field your call, make a
determination as to the source of the problem and coordinate with the appropriate contractor.
  NewHome's professional staff has the experience to address your concerns and communicate
them accurately to your Builder and his Subcontractors.
